Pro

£29.00 a month plus VAT (£34.80 including VAT), or £290.00 a year plus VAT (£348.00 including VAT), which is two months free.

Everything above, with unlimited quotes, follow-up you can configure, and your questions answered first.

If you are VAT registered you reclaim the VAT and the real cost is £29.00. If you are not, it is £34.80. We would rather say that here than surprise you at the checkout.

Agency

Several people quoting under one roof, your branding rather than ours on the client page, and an API. This is not built yet, and we are not going to put a price on something that does not exist or a date on something we have not started. If it is what you need, tell us and you will be the reason it gets built.

What we never charge for

• A commission on your work. Win a £10,000.00 job through a quote you wrote here and we take nothing.
• Your client’s deposit. That money goes from them to you. We are not in the middle of it and never hold it.
• Your client. They are never asked to pay us, to create an account, or to sign up for anything.
• Quotes you have already sent. They keep working, and keep being chased, whatever happens to your subscription afterwards.

Questions people actually ask

What happens on my fourth quote in a month?

On the free plan, we ask you to upgrade before it sends. Nothing you have already sent is affected, and your draft is still there.

Do unused quotes roll over?

No. It is 3 a calendar month, and it resets on the first. Rollover sounds generous and mostly produces arguments about counting.

Can I cancel?

Any time, in one click, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Then you go back to free rather than losing anything. Quotes you have already sent stay live permanently.

Is there a refund if I change my mind?

Write to help@quotepack.co.uk within 14 days of paying and we will refund it, no reason needed. That is your right under UK consumer law for a monthly plan bought online, and we would do it anyway.

Why is the free plan this generous?

Because a quote you send carries a small line on the page your client reads saying it was made with QuotePack, and that is how people find us. It is cheaper than advertising and more honest. You can remove it on Pro.

What does it cost you if I never pay?

A few pence a month. We would rather have you using it than not, and we are not going to pretend otherwise to make the free plan feel like a favour.
