For UK air conditioning engineers
Your rates, entered once. Pick the lines, type the pipe run, and the quote is done before you have got your boots off. Your customer accepts it on their phone, and it chases itself if they go quiet.

A quoting app built for every trade at once gives you a table with Description, Quantity, Rate. These are the four places that table stops being enough.
You buy the unit at trade and sell it on. The number you manage is the markup, not the sell price, so put in £750 and 20% and the £900 works itself out. When the wholesaler puts prices up you change the cost, not thirty sell prices. It shows you the margin next to it too, because 20% on cost is 16.7% of what you charge, and those are not the same number.
The commonest line in your trade, and nothing general handles it. Set the allowance once. On site you type the run you measured and it becomes two lines: the standard install, and the metres beyond what is included. No subtraction in somebody’s hallway on the fourth bedroom of a long day.
A zero-rated install and a standard-rated service plan can sit on one document. The tax is worked out once per rate band across the lines that share it, in whole pence, by code that is tested to the penny. Nothing on your quote is ever written by an AI.
Electrics, scaffolding, making good, planning, asbestos. The five things every argument after a job is about. The standard trade wording is one tap away, and you can edit or delete any line of it.
A PDF is where most of them finish. A PDF is an attachment somebody means to look at.
A real page, not a download. They read it, they press accept, and it records who accepted, in what role, with what authority, when, and a fingerprint of the exact document they agreed to.
The difference between “they are thinking about it” and “it went to spam” is the difference between chasing and not chasing.
Two reminders, set when you send and never a surprise. Trade research is consistent that jobs are lost in the gap after the quote, not at the price.
Your own payment link or your bank details, shown once they have accepted. We never touch the money and never take a cut of it.
Written plainly, because you will find this out in a fortnight anyway and it is better coming from us.
Start with the standard air conditioning list already in, put your own prices against it, and send your first quote in the next ten minutes.
